Did you know that you see more of your photographer on your wedding day than your partner? Sounds crazy but it is true! It is so important that we vibe and I will never be an impersonal vendor that just shows up, takes photos, and leaves. I am here throughout the entire process to support you because I love doing what I do (which means I care, a lot).

photographing COUPLES SINCE 2020, I HAVE DRIVEN OVER 14,400 MILES TO BE WITH YOU ON YOUR WEDDING DAY (THAT IS LIKE DRIVING FROM THE EAST COAST TO THE WEST COAST MORE THAN FIVE TIMES)
No later than 6 weeks after the wedding, you will receive your photos through a password protected, online gallery. You can share this link with your family and friends.
6-8 weeks after the wedding, you will receive your USB and keepsake box in the mail, so keep your eyes peeled! I will also be in touch regarding album options!
Even after the wedding, I will forever be cheering you on. I love to stay connected with my couples on social media, so you can find me on instagram at @tiffanylantzphoto. You can bet I’ll be commenting heart eyes on all of your pet photos and laughing at a funny joke shared on your story.

THIS IS IT. The big day. By this point, we’re already best buds and I’m showing up (chai tea in hand) ready to roll.

About two months before the wedding I will send you a questionnaire. This questionnaire will go over any “must have” photos, family groupings you’d like for formal portraits, and a bunch of other details that I will need to know before the wedding. This helps to make sure we are all on the same page!
About one month before the wedding, I will reach out to go over your timeline with you. Making sure we have enough time for photos (and that the photos are done during the best possible time of the day) is essential.
The remaining portion of the package price is due 30 days before your wedding date.
About one week before the big day, I will reach out again to go over any last minute changes and to review the timeline and all details once more.

We will now start to plan for your engagement session! Engagement sessions are typically 6-8 months before the wedding date (but who says we have to be typical?). Once we have the engagement session, your photos will be delivered no later than 14 days from the date of the session.

After we determine that we are a good fit for each other, I will send you a contract and an invoice to make a non-refundable retainer. (Don’t worry, we’ll go over all of this during your consultation!) Once the contract is signed and the retainer deposit is made, your wedding date is officially booked on my calendar! (Time to celebrate!)
I’ll also send you my Wedding Guide! It is packed full of tips and valuable information.

Once we are in contact with each other (and I do a little happy dance because I am already so excited to work together), we will set up a time to hop on a video or phone call to get to know each other better, to learn what you’re looking for, and to go over any questions you may have.

Yay! I am incredibly happy that you want to work together. Please complete my contact form and I will reach out to you as soon as possible (within 24-48 hours). We will chat over email and have the opportunity to meet in person or Zoom/FaceTime. After we feel that we are a good fit for each other, I will send you a contract to e-sign and an invoice to make your retainer deposit.
For a session, you will receive your gallery within 14 days from the date of our session. Weddings are delivered within 6 weeks from the date of your wedding. You will receive a sneak peek gallery within one week of your wedding date to hold you over!
Your photos are delivered through an online, password protected gallery. Prints can be ordered directly from the gallery as well! (Pro tip: share your gallery link with family and friends so they can order their prints directly from the gallery to prevent you from being the middleman!)
Don't worry! Nearly everyone says they feel awkward in front of the camera. It is my job to make you feel comfortable and capture you authentically, which means no stiff poses or forced smiles. I will be there to guide you the entire time and I promise it will be a lot of fun!
Short answer: Heck yeah!
Long answer: Travel is included up to a total of 100 miles for all wedding collections and 60 miles for all other sessions. Any location or venue beyond the included mileage is subject to a reasonable travel fee. We can discuss this more during your consultation!
Yes! Believe it or not, I’ve been to my fair share of weddings and have a pretty decent grasp on how a wedding day flows. I’m not a wedding planner, but I can help you organize the flow of the day, decide how much time we need for certain photos, what time of the day is best for those photos, and any other questions you may have!
My wedding collections are all-inclusive. Items within a package cannot be removed or altered for discounts. However, I am happy to create a custom collection to suit your exact needs.
I do not offer any RAW files/unedited photos. Editing your photos is part of the process when you work with me. It is similar to a restaurant - you don’t go out to eat and ask for the raw ingredients! You’re there because you want the chef to make you a meal. Same thing with your photos. It is important that you love the way I edit!
Your wedding photos mean as much to me as they do to you so I’m not taking any chances. I shoot your wedding on 2 SD cards so I have two copies of the photos right away. Those photos are backed up on two different hard drives. Your photos do not leave the SD cards until after your gallery is delivered, so you’re quadruple protected.
