Tucked along the Susquehanna River, Historic King Mansion in Harrisburg offered the perfect setting for Meghan and Ty’s intimate wedding. With its timeless architecture and sprawling views, it served as a gorgeous backdrop to one of the most tender ceremonies I’ve had the honor of capturing.
Before guests arrived, Meghan and Ty stood on the mansions front steps, just the two of them and their sweet pup, Ellie, to share private vows. No crowd, no pressure. Their quiet ceremony set the tone for the rest of the day: intentional, heartfelt, and completely true to them.
After signing their marriage certificate, Meghan and Ty welcomed their closest people for a cocktail-style gathering with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and so much joy. It was proof that an intimate wedding doesn’t have to follow tradition to feel extraordinary.
